PY文件当中是不支持中文的,即使你输入的注释是中文也不行,为了解决这个问题,就需要把文件编码类型改为UTF-8的类型,输入这个代码就可以让PY源文件里面有中文了。

你好,因为题目要求的是十位数字比个位数字小,不知道你是把x当十位数字还是y当十位数字.但是单从你的问题中:为什么y>=x不行? 因为题目要求的是十位数要比个位数字小,你这样表达就是会有等于的情况,会出现11,22,33,44,55,66,77,88,99.所以不符合要求
