去掉Group items by category前的对勾，就可以出现安装选项，否则不会出现安装选项

In Eclipse, go to Help > Install new software and click Add.
Fill in the fields with Genymotion name and http://plugins.genymotion.com/eclipse/ location
有两个空，第一个填Genymotion，第二个填http://plugins.genymotion.com/eclipse/ location就可以了，之后有可能显示不出来是因为下面有几个打勾的选项，取消勾选就显示出来了
