    <input type="button" value="隐藏内容" onClick='hidetext() ' />

    <input type="button" value="取消设置" onclick='move()' />

调用函数不需要加引号。

var txt;

这样写是取不到节点的，只是定义个变量txt。用document.getElementById()吧。
