求助，求助，从svn上导出maven工程报错！

刚导出的时候报错如下：No plugin found for prefix 'war' in the current project and in the plugin groups [] available from the repositories [local (D: \MyTools\maven\respo), central (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2)]然后我就在pom.xml文件中添加了： <dependency>            <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>            <artifactId>maven-resources-plugin</artifactId>            <version>2.5</version>        </dependency>紧接着就又报了如下错误：Failure to transfer org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-war-plugin:jar:2.1.1 from http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced.
