ssh connect timeout

Question

ssh 59.110.70.78 -vOpenSSH_6.6.1, OpenSSL 1.0.1f 6 Jan 2014debug1: Reading configuration data /etc/ssh/ssh_configdebug1: /etc/ssh/ssh_config line 19: Applying options for *debug1: Connecting to 59.110.70.78 [59.110.70.78] port 22.^Hdebug1: connect to address 59.110.70.78 port 22: Connection timed outssh: connect to host 59.110.70.78 port 22: Connection timed outssh功能没有问题，也能ping通，别的机器也能ssh成功，就是这台机器对这个ip超时为什么啊求大神解决
