在建立oracle用户时error setting limit，报错该怎么解决？

我在ubuntu上安装oracle 11g，建立oracle用户后，每次su到oracle用户都会显示错误：ulimit: 34: error setting limit (Operation not permitted)以下是手动配置limits.conf文件的内容：#oracle soft nproc 16384 #oracle hard nproc 16384 #oracle soft nofile 65536#oracle hard nofile 65536#oracle soft stack 10240加#注释掉或者不加#号，都会报同样的错，oracle用户也无法正常使用，请教大家如何解决。
