这个问题前面有人问过，也有人回答了。是因为right的高度比left大造成的，而且应该是在ie8+的浏览器才有的问题。h e a d e r (&#3 9 ;l o c a t i o n :目标文档的 U R L &#3 9 ;)；

伪类和为元素由效果类似而且写法很相像所以经常容易混肴，css3为了区分两者，已经明确规定了伪类用一个冒号来表示，而伪元素则用两个冒号来表示。

伪类：是像某些选择器添加一些特殊的效果，例如：hover 可以添加一些鼠标放上是显示的效果

伪元素：是用于将特殊的效果添加到某些选择器，伪元素的效果则需要通过添加一个实际的元素才能达到。

*******因为兼容性的问题，所以现在大部分还是使用的单冒号*******

单冒号(:)用于CSS3伪类，双冒号(::)用于CSS3伪元素。
