css样式中属性的值什么时候需要用”“?

如题，css样式中属性的值什么时候需要用""，什么时候不需要用""，我看前面很多属性都是不需要""，比如

p{
   font-size:12px;
   color:red;
   font-weight:bold;
}

而字体的值却需要，比如

body{font-family:"宋体";}

当属性值是字符串类型的时候需要加双引号

按道理 css 属性的值应该没有数据类型的区分才对，都是字符串，然后浏览器去解析
