你要装的这个3.9.5的Windows64位版本至少需要Windows操作系统8.1以上，如果想要装在Windows7系统上的话，最好是选择3.8.x的版本。在python下载页面可以选择历史版本的，你可以查看上面的说明。有说明是at least windows xp，基本上是可以安装在Windows7上的。
