第一的, sizeof(c_void_p) = 4;
因为0x140000000超过四个字节,会被截断。

可以看到,在同样的环境下,0x40000000和的结果0x140000000是一样的。
您需要更改sizeof(c_void_p)为sizeof(c_longlong)
二、根据WriteProcessMemory的函数原型
